Do you, too, face questions that keep you up at night? Questions like:
What does God want in this situation?
Where is God because he is certainly not answering my prayers?
How can I love God more?
I feel like I have disconnected pieces of knowledge about my faith. Is this the way it is really meant to be?
My family is away from the Church and what’s the best way for me to help them?
These questions keep us up at night also. We think about them for ourselves, but also for the thousands of people we meet daily across the US and Canada who entrust their deepest anxieties and prayers to us.
One gentleman told us, “There are sisters who teach children, who nurse those who are sick, who respond to the needs of people who are poor… But you [Daughters of St. Paul] are everyone’s sisters!”
We take those words seriously: we consider ourselves everyone’s sisters who, over the past 100 years, have sought to share Christ with others in a way that helps them walk in Christ in their daily lives. My Sisters has been created through the collective wisdom, experience, prayer, and lived-out faith of the Daughters of St. Paul, and we are delighted now to be able to walk in Christ with you in a new way.
These questions keep us up at night also. We think about them in relation to ourselves, but also in relation to the thousands of people we meet daily across the US and Canada who entrust their deepest anxieties and prayers to us. So you can say, we are spiritual mothers or everyone’s sisters who have developed over the past 100 years a pastoral, creative, consecrated, artistic and incarnated approach to faith, life, media, and spirituality and want to share it with you. Together we walk the journey of faith.
Here are some of your sisters in Christ whom you will find on My Sisters:
